In 1991, Curran & Company started building apartments and houses in Marquette, MI to accommodate a need for affordable, good quality housing. Since then, we have built over 200 homes and apartments in Marquette MI. Currently we have over 300 units to choose from, allowing our customers to find an apartment or home that specifically fits their needs.

From educational workshops at the Marquette Food Co-op to local volunteer opportunities, there are a number of ways to get involved.

Mark Curran

Mark purchased his first rental property in the Marquette area in 1991. Since then he’s gone on to build homes and apartment buildings and is now one of the top property management companies in Marquette. Mark is Dad to three children, Riley and twins Logan and Lexi. Mark and his family enjoy a very active lifestyle. They love mountain biking, dirt biking, running and camping.

Nickie Brozek

Nickie will be celebrating 10 years as our Property Manager in 2020. She’s a mama to her four year old son, Cooper, almost year old fox red lab, Lola, and five chickens. She loves hockey and is the Red Wings biggest fan. In her spare time you can find her learning to ride her dirt bike, taking her son to the park, and golfing on the weekends.

Aharon LaGrander

Aharon is our Internal Accountant. She was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, moving to the UP four years ago to be closer to her sister. Aharon picked up her first camera when she was eight years old and hasn’t stopped taking photos since. She is a lover of all things coffee, sunsets, and road trips!

Bear

Bear is our six year old ferocious and fluffy office dog. He loves whole foods but hates when the bundles of kale are too thick. Bear likes cold brew coffee and being the first one to discover a new/old dive bar. He is currently working on a vegan cookbook prepared entirely on a 1992 easy bake oven.
